The Golden Years

After Porsche and BMW in the past two years the main theme for the final Theme Exhibition at Autoworld Brussels in Belgium are American Dream Cars and Bikes from the roaring fifties, sixties and seventies. Ford Motor Company is also a partner of the exhibition and there were several GT40’s on display as well as the new. And if that ’s not enough two Shelby Cobra’s and an original Bud Moore TransAm Mustang from 1970 which was being raced by the legendary Parnelli Jones. Ford’s arch rival Chevrolet was certainly not being put into the shadows. A 1967 Touring Car Camaro and a beautifully Corvette C1 which competed at Le Mans in 1960 were also on display as well as an impressive McLaren M10B Formula A car and Heligus Midget Car. Not to be missed Peter Fonda’s Harly Chopper from 1969 and the Starsky and Hutch Ford Torino. American car fans visiting Brussels during the holidays may not miss this impressive exposition. Although the heritage is very well known tot hem.
