Unique Gulf collection main theme
This year the famous French Retromobile exhibition took place from 2nd to 6th February at Porte De Versailles in Paris. It is has grown one of the classic exhibitions. French manufacturers like Peugeot, Renault and Citroën are always being represented. The latter displaying their latest WRC-car for Sebastien Loeb.But there were also some interesting themes like the unique GULF collection being displayed by Duncan Hamilton where you could watch the famous Gulf 917’s and Gulf McLarens. And of course Juan Manuel Fangio was also one of the themes, celebrating his 100th birthday. Mazda France displayed some interesting cars which made motorsports history. But not also F1 and Sports Prototypes, but you could also spot the unique Chevron B34 with which Riccardo Patrese won his first F3 race at Zandvoort. And except that there were lot of interesting vehicles and engines which put France on the international map of motorsports.
