Tied with Said are Craig Stanton and Terry Borcheller. Either Stanton or Borcheller have been on the top rung of the podium in the Grand Am Cup class in all five races so far this year. The first three were won with the two as co-drivers in TheRaceSite.com Porsche 996. Borcheller left the team and won a race with the Powell Cadillac and Stanton won as well with David Murry in the #44 TheRaceSite.com Porsche. Borcheller's other win came at the Rolex 24 Hours At Daytona. Stanton took his fifth victory in the AASCO Porsche GT3 Cup in the SGS class of the Rolex Series.
Most Podiums 1. Bill Auberlen, Ian James - 10 3. Terry Borcheller, Andy Lally, Craig Stanton - 9
Surprisingly Auberlen has only scored one additional podium outside of his nine race wins. His chances for another podium were somewhat slim though as he has only raced in 13 races this season.
Ian James scored his podium in three different classes. His ride in the ALMS P2 class with Miracle Motorsports accounted for five of his ten podium results. Three came from his ride with The Racers Group in the GT Class of the Grand American Rolex Series, and the fine two came from his Grand Am Cup Sport Touring ride with the Team Lexus effort.
Terry Borcheller and Craig Stanton, who were tied for third in total wins, added another four podiums to be tied for third in most podiums as well. They were joined by Andy Lally on this list. Lally earned his podiums primarily for the TPC Racing Super Grand Sport effort where he leads the points with his co-driver, Marc Bunting. Lally added two more podiums in ALMS P2 with the Race Car Company and added one more driving for the Chuck Goldsborough run Team Lexus effort.
