C2K C2K has turned into a two horse race as the USFilter Planet Earth Motorsports effort battles their way down the stretch with the Honda of America Racing Team (HART) for top honors in the compact car division.

The battle between the two teams have become so intense that the two teams have accounted for eighteen of the twenty-one podiums in the C2K class. HART has taken home three wins in their Red Line Oil DC Sports Honda Civic Sis, while Planet Earth has taken home four wins in their Acura Integra GS-Rs.

Other competitors for the C2K crown at Road America are expected to be Lucas Motorsports, Motorsport Technologies, and Baglieracing.

WTF Engineering was planning on making it with their #48 Chevrolet Cavalier, but due to damage suffered in a race wreck at Virginia, it is doubtful that the car will make it to Road America.

The three hour endurance race at the fourteen turn, four mile track will begin at 5:00 Saturday night.
